We offer a wide range of services in to assist your company with your industrial needs.
Gerneral Machining
In the milling department we have an Okuma M560 with a 40x20 envelope, manual mills and a Summit boring mill to handle big parts. In the lathe department we have a Mori Seiki CNC, manual lathes and our biggest lathe can handle up to 15' long by 33" diameter work pieces. We can do 5ft diameter rings with our sliding bed lathe as well.
Hydraulic cylinder repair
We have a 20' long hydraulic cylinder tear down bench to accommodate larger cylinders.
Machinery Rigging
We have a small fleet of forklifts with the largest having a lifting capacity of 70,000lb. We can move machines up to 100,000lbs or more depending on the job.
Welding and Fabrication
We use all miller welding machines in the shop and in the field for good quality welds. We can bend up to 12 ft on one of the 2 press brakes, roll plate for tubs, tanks, and other cylinders, cut 5x10 sheets on the plasma table
